U.S. Orders: $8.00–$10.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind every bottle with our Crown Confidence Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Due to health and safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

OPTION 1: HASSLE-FREE PREPAID RETURN

  1. Email us at support@crownrenewal.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Return Label and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back — return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

OPTION 2: SELF-SERVICE RETURN

  1. Email us at support@crownrenewal.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the shipping address.

  3. Ship the product using your own label. You'll receive a full refund of the product price (shipping not included).
